The Samsung SGH-E590 is a very compact and smart looking phone weighing just 66 grams and measuring 94 x 42 x 14mm. In this small design Samsung managed to put in a 3 megapixel digital camera with autofocus, a 1.8" 220 x 220 pixel 262,000 colour display, expandable memory and Bluetooth technology.


As seen in the picture at the top right the Samsung E590 comes with something called the Bean Bag. This is an accessory that comes with the phone and acts as a camera tripod, which allows for some very steady shots to be taken.


The E590 is a Tri Band GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz mobile which also has GPRS and EDGE data support. It has the very latest Bluetooth 2.0 and a USB 2.0 port for fast downloads and uploads from other phones or a computer. The internal memory of the phone is also very good at 90MB, and this can be expanded using microSD cards. The Media player on the phone can support MP3, AAC, AAC+, e-AAC+ and WMA formats so listening to your music should not be a probelm.
