Phone Information

The Sony Ericsson W950i is Sony Ericsson's latest and best Walkman phone and is also 3G.

The W950i has been specifically designed to be a music player and also a business phone in one.It is one of the slimmest smartphones on the market at just 15mm thick.

As this is also a business phone there is no camera but it is very lightweight and compact. The Sony Ericsson W950i has a touchscreen and a stylus making navigation easy especially as it supports hand writing recognition.

When it comes to the display screen you will not be disapointed the screen is 2.6 inches across and has a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels in 262k colours.

When it comes to the music player you will love it. It can support a wide range of formats including MP3, AAC, AAC+, E-AAC+, WAV, m4a (Graphical equalizer, Mega Bass and flight mode). There is also a built-in FM radio. The MP3 player has all the features you would expect and more including a graphic equaliser, Sony's Mega Bass, playlist management and support for USB drag and drop for easy transfer of songs from your PC to phone. Like the new iPod the phone can also support album art, which displays the album cover on the screen when a track is playing. This phone is great for the music lover.

Whats even more impressive is the memory of the phone as it comes with a massive 4Gb's of built-in flash memory, which allows you to store up to 4,000 songs.

For business the phone has the following: Its a Symbian based phone (Symbian 9.1) which means you can download a variety of third party applications for what ever function you require.

The W950i looks brill but dont let that decieve you it may have a massive amount of memory but you will be lucky is you use even half of it. The problem I have had with this phone is that it keeps freezing up due to software problems. Becuase of this I dont want the phone anymore.

The new Sony Ericsson W950i is an excellent phone with some great features and really good looks. The sound quality of this phone is just amazing as good as an ipod if not better.

The Sony Ericsson W950i is a fantastic phone its just like an iPod Nano with its massive 4GB of hard disk built in. The touch screen navigation is great and makes thinks so simple. This is the best phone I have had for business ever, well done Sony Ericsson.

This phone is just WOW! 4GB of memory and brilliant quality MP3 player. The touch screen is really really good and the fact there is no camera is no problem, who uses the camera after the first few weeks anyway.

Have just got this phone for my Birthday and was disappointed at first when I noticed it had no camera. Within 10min of turning the W950i on I was sold. It is just wonderful. If you like listening to your music then this is the phone for you.
